Ali, Jenna, and Leah really got busy making some great food art. Their medium of choice is paper-mache. By just mixing lukewarm water and white elmers glue, you can create a great mache mix. Once dry, the girls painted and decorated their pizza's and cheesesteaks. yum yum!

Young girls love making  Flower Power Art especially in the spring time. In creating this fabulous project, the kids painted foam plates on both sides using acrylics. They then designed the flowers by drawing on the plates and cutting out their designs. We used bristol board for the leaves and and inner circles , which were then embellished with beads and sequins.Thin dowl rods were cut to form stems. I gave the children real empty wine bottles to paint for vases. After painting, we will hand cut beautiful prints from decorative cocktail napkins and decoupage the images on the bottles. A beautiful mothers day gift!
